They arrived impeccable, they came very well packed and protected. They are ceramic and quite resistant, it is very comfortable to give them wet and dry food since they do not throw away they do not stain. I loved them and my cats too! Very fast shipping. If they buy more than 1 they may send them in two packages so they don't panic (it happened to me).
